私も同じように偏食気味の旦那さんに毎日お弁当を作っていますが、今回のように少し攻めたおかずを入れる勇気は共感できます。実際に、ウドや春菊など普段あまり好まれない食材も、ゴマ炒めやベーコン巻きなどの調理法で食べやすくアレンジすると驚くほどよく食べてくれます。気をつけているのは、苦手でも全部 食べ切ってくれるかどうか。私の場合は、こまめに旦那の好みを聞きながら、新しい味に挑戦しつつも、定番のからあげやエビフライなど喜ばれるメニューを必ず入れるようにしています。 また、大葉と生ハムの餃子の皮包み焼きのような、一工夫加える一品は見た目も華やかでマンネリ防止にも効果的です。卵焼きにチーズやケチャップを加えるのも我が家では人気のアレンジです。季節の野菜を取り入れて彩りを意識すれば、お弁当を開けた瞬間から食欲がわくのでオススメですよ。 「苦手」と言いつつも完食してくれる旦那さんの姿に、作り甲斐を感じますよね。お弁当作りは愛情の表れ。これからも少しずつ工夫しながら、旦那さんの健康と好みに寄り添ったお弁当を作り続けたいと思います。皆さんもぜひ、自分なりの工夫を取り入れて挑戦してみてください。
