My WFH Must Haves part 4
Love my setup, still not done.
1. Small White Board- for important but not immediate things I have to have in my line of sight.
2. a extra wide monitor riser with a shelf for extra storage
3. another white board where I write the immediate plans for the day. it also has storage
4. a Colorful Keyboard - the Keyboard itself lights up but I redid the Keycaps for something friendlier on long nails.
5. Noise Cancelling Headphones - Love my JBL
6. As someone with ADHD this book put me back on the grove.
7. the riser has a cut out for books, tablets and phones
Creating a productive work-from-home environment is essential for maintaining focus and efficiency, especially for those with ADHD. Consider incorporating multiple organization tools like whiteboards to keep your daily tasks and priorities visible. Utilizing an extra-wide monitor riser can free up desk space while promoting better ergonomics. A colorful keyboard not only adds personality but can also aid in engagement during prolonged work sessions. Noise-cancelling headphones are a game-changer for minimizing distractions in your surroundings, allowing you to concentrate better on your tasks. Additionally, exploring books and resources designed specifically for ADHD can provide valuable strategies to improve focus, manage time effectively, and foster a conducive work atmosphere. Always remember to create a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality to keep your workspace inviting and inspiring.
