1. Forecast your bills

2. Pay them all on the same day as well as any Food, Gas and and Discretionary Spending. This hurts my brain seeing a lot of money go out on the same day.

3. Then, challenge yourself to see how many days you can go without spending money.

4. Any extra, the day before your paycheck goes into a HYSA.
