Who said Tarrifs weren't in place?

I have responded to some posts about economy and price increases and how tarrifs were being applied to us the U.S. consumer. And of course the Kool Aid drinkers said tarrifs havent started yet. There is no convincing them.

So I have an online shoe account that I am about to close. I have a 2 for 1 VIP Credit that I want to use before I close. Last night I made my final choice because of a end of year clearance sale making the final price $0.04 (yep 4 pennies). I expected tax and shipping but low and behold there it was PLAIN AS DAY the extra cost of the TARRIF that the red hatters say arent in place. With shipping and taxes my cost should be $10+ tarrifs almost doubled that.
