鯖江で「夜ご飯どこ行く？」ってなった時に、ちょっとご褒美感のある洋食が食べたいなら、洋食ビストロ シトラスはかなり満足度高めでした。私はランチで行ったんですが、次は絶対ディナーでも行きたい…って思ったお店。 まず楽しみ方としておすすめしたいのが、名物のホイル包み系メニュー。テーブルに来た時点で“はホイルの中に幸せ”って言いたくなる見た目で、ナイフを入れた瞬間に湯気がふわっと立つのが最高です。OCRにもあった「湯気までもおかず…」ってほんとそれで、香りで白米が進むタイプ。写真を撮るなら、開封シーンを動画か連写で撮っておくと湯気が写って映えます。 ハンバーグは「鯖江市 ハンバーグ」で探してる人に刺さると思うポイントが多くて、肉感がしっかりあるのにソースが重すぎない。しかも中から“お肉の中に、またお肉。”状態で、煮込まれた牛肉が出てくるのが反則級でした。デミっぽい見た目からのビーフシチュー感で、想像を良い意味で裏切られます。 「シトラス ランチメニュー」目当てで行くなら、時間は少し余裕を見ておくのがおすすめ。人気店なので、週末や祝日は特に“はらペコでHPが…”みたいになりがち。私は開店時間寄りに行くと待ちが少なくて助かりました。逆にディナー（鯖江ディナー/鯖江 夜ご飯）利用なら、記念日っぽい雰囲気でも使えるので、事前に電話で混み具合を聞いておくと安心です。 サイドや揚げ物も抜かりなくて、天使のエビフライは衣が軽くてサクふわ。メンチカツも食感が楽しくて、洋食屋さんの“丁寧さ”がわかる感じでした。 最後にデザート。いちごのスープは「別ばらです。」って言いたくなるやつで、食後でもするっと入ります。甘さがくどくなくて、締めにちょうどいい。白胡麻のブランマンジェも、口当たりがなめらかで落ち着く味。 洋食ビストロ シトラスを写真付きで探している人は、①ホイル開封の湯気、②ハンバーグ断面、③デザートの色味（いちご）を押さえると満足度高いと思います。鯖江で洋食屋さんを探しているなら、まず候補に入れて損なしです。
