Crispy Cheesy Potato Balls 🧀🔥

Golden, crispy potato balls filled with melty cheese. Soft and buttery inside with the perfect crunchy coating.

• 3 medium potatoes

• 1 tosp butter

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½½ tsp garlic powder

• ½ tsp paprika

• 1 tbsp cornstarch

• 1 tbsp chopped parsley

• Mozzarella cheese cubes

• 2 eggs (beaten)

• Panko breadcrumbs

• Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Peel and boil the potatoes in plain water until fork

tender. Drain well.

2. Mash the potatoes while warm and mix with butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cornstarch, and parsley.

3. Take a small portion, flatten, add mozzarella, and roll into a ball.

4. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.

5. Coat in flour, then egg, then panko (repeat egg and

panko for extra crispiness).

6. Fry at 170°C / 340°F until golden and crispy (about

2-3 minutes).

7. Let rest 1 minute, then serve with your favorite sauce.
