実際に行ってみて一番よかったのは、“隠れ家っぽさ”と料理の幅の広さのバランスでした。堂山町の路地裏でネオンが光る外観は、初見だとちょっとワクワクする感じ。店内は木のテーブル中心で、手書きメニューが壁に並んでいて、いわゆる「お洒落な人が集まる創作酒場」っぽい空気感でした。女性同士でも入りやすいと思います。 名物として推したいのは創作天ぷら。定番の茄子やまいたけはもちろん、変化球の「とろたく」「いくらのり」みたいなメニューがあって、少量ずつ色々つまめるのが良かったです。天ぷらは220円〜と書かれていたので、予算調整もしやすい印象。揚げ物なのに重すぎず、お酒のアテとしてかなり優秀でした。 鮮魚系で頼むなら「鮮魚のブッカケーノ」は外さないと思います。いくらがしっかり乗っていて見た目も強いし、魚介と野菜の組み合わせで“さっぱり×旨み”が出るので、天ぷらやパスタと一緒に頼んでも飽きにくいです。肉派なら「和牛の極上ユッケ」も満足度高め。トッピングが効いていて、居酒屋の枠をちょっと超えたご褒美感がありました。 〆は湯気が立つ「チーズたっぷりボロネーゼパスタ」。チーズのコクがしっかりで、飲んだあとにちょうどいい背徳感。2人以上ならシェア前提で頼むと、つまみ→メイン→〆まで流れが作りやすいです。 「酒場リベリー episode2 レビュー」として注意点も書くと、全席喫煙可なので、苦手な人は時間帯や席の位置を店員さんに相談するのがおすすめ。あと、人気の時間は埋まりやすそうだったので、特に週末は予約しておくと安心です。隠れ家で“天ぷら×鮮魚×創作つまみ”を一気に楽しみたい日に、かなり使えるお店でした。
