2022 to 2025… 325 to 300 to 220 to 245…. And yes in that order. I hit 220 using Ozempic then decided I didn’t want to live that restricted anymore. I went off it and jumped back up to 265. Developed a healthy relationship with the gym and food and am on my way back down and lowkey lookin better than I did at 220🙂‍↕️
