I HEARD THIS IS Snatching in a cup!
I’ve been on the creatine a few weeks & the l glutamate for a week and it’s literally helped me stay focused and full of energy throughout the day!!!
Idc what you say I just needed to get moving and I was shocked when I got on the scale!!!
I’m definitely watching what I eat (eating clean) and drinking at least 1/2 my weight in water.
Hydration is definitely the key and I have not been to the gym but I’m incorporating progressive weights and at least 10,000 steps (outside) or 30 minutes of low intensity cardio. (Starting Monday 6/15/26)
I’ve been doing a sedentary job since December of 2025 and I’m ready to take care of my body and mind……
Anyone else getting back to working out after you quit?
I never started in 2026, but now I’m ready to do it mentally 1st. I kept saying I’m going to start Monday well Monday tuned into June. So I’m committed to finishing the year out in the gym. I have coach and I needed some training and I’m ready!!!!

Starting a fitness journey after a period of inactivity can be daunting, but incorporating supplements like creatine and L-glutamate has made a notable difference in my experience. These supplements seem to enhance mental focus and maintain energy levels throughout the day, which is crucial when balancing a sedentary job and a new workout routine. Hydration plays a vital role in achieving fitness goals. Drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily helps optimize bodily functions, supports metabolism, and aids in recovery. The combination of clean eating and proper hydration creates a strong foundation for effective weight management and sustained energy. One underestimated aspect I found helpful is the gradual introduction of physical activity. Instead of rushing into intense gym sessions, starting with low-intensity cardio—such as 30 minutes of walking or outdoor steps—supports consistency and builds endurance. Progressive weight training can then be added to improve strength, and having a coach or trainer provides motivation and proper guidance. The concept of the “LIPO drink” mentioned in the image OCR refers to a metabolism-boosting beverage often linked with fat loss efforts. While it’s one part of the equation, pairing it with disciplined nutrition and steady exercise yields real results. Monitoring weight changes like starting weight (SW: 239), current weight (CW: 224), and goal weight (GW: 175) helps track progress and stay motivated. Mentally committing to a fitness plan is as crucial as the physical effort. It’s common to procrastinate, but making a firm decision to begin—mentally preparing oneself—is the first big step to lasting lifestyle changes. Engaging with communities, such as #lemon8community or #lemon8fitness, brings encouragement and shared experiences that can help keep momentum. If you’ve been sitting for months or years and want to get back active, consider a holistic approach: supplements to support energy, clean nutrition, adequate hydration, and gradual physical activity. This combination is sustainable and effective, helping you maintain focus, improve mood, and achieve your health goals over time.
