It’s been 3 months since I lost you.

3 months of waking up and realizing this isn’t just a nightmare I’ll wake up from.

3 months of aching in places I didn’t know could hurt.

3 months of missing your voice, your laugh, your presence.

3 months of searching for signs and holding onto memories like they’re oxygen.

The world keeps moving forward, but mine still spins around you.

Sometimes I catch myself looking for you—in the hallway, at the track, in the silence.

You should still be here. I shouldn’t be writing this.

Grief doesn’t have a timeline. Today, it’s just heavier.

But I’ll keep carrying you with me—through the pain, through the tears, and through the love that never left when you did.
