Is the WFH100% job really good or just looking good? 👩🏻💻
Who is looking for a job at WFH 100%? We have been working in full WFH for over a year, so I would like to share the experience to be useful to anyone interested in this kind of work. 😊
✅ Advantages of 100% WFH
- No traffic jams, no travel, get up late, life is more childish than office.
- Reduce clashes with colleagues because we have time to think before typing or submitting.
- Collect more money because the expenses are reduced a lot, there is no travel, coffee, or food out, but there will be an increase in home expenses, such as water, electricity.
- Easy to change the atmosphere. Work in the house or go out to the cafe, choose at ease.
- Practice time management, no one controls us, we have to control ourselves, make us self-disciplined, have to organize our lives well, personally use planner every day.
❌ Disadvantages to admit
- Very lonely...The closest friend is ChatGPT. Some days just want to have someone to talk to.
- Not very close to the team because talking about work through chat or call makes you feel spaced.
- Sometimes communication can go wrong because we don't really talk to each other, for example, we might think that our colleagues might be scolding us, but maybe we just put it in our own tone through reading.
- It's easy to burn out. If you don't manage your time well, staying at the same place and not talking to anyone can make you feel tired and bored faster.
- Working beyond the juicy time, hahahahaha (probably because of the nature of the work), but getting ot money, not C. We like to do ot, not addicted to anything, but do not forget to distinguish the working time and personal time well!
Conclusion: Working 100% WFH has both advantages and disadvantages, depending on how we cope with the disadvantages. We are very okay with it. The most important thing for us is to manage the time well, clearly, the time of work, personal time, and self-discipline. Although some days may be lonely or burned out, but if you choose again, you still want to work in this way. Anyone who is interested, try to open up, may be more suitable for you than you think. 💻🏡✨
สำหรับใครที่ยังสงสัยว่า WFH คืออะไร และต้องเตรียมตัวอย่างไรบ้าง ผมขอเล่าประสบการณ์และข้อควรรู้เพิ่มเติมครับ WFH หรือ Work From Home หมายถึงการทำงานจากที่บ้านหรือสถานที่ที่ไม่ใช่ออฟฟิศ ซึ่งในยุคปัจจุบันได้รับความนิยมสูงมาก โดยเฉพาะหลังสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ข้อควรระวังสำคัญคือ การตั้งพื้นที่ทำงานให้เหมาะสม เพื่อช่วยให้มีสมาธิและแยกแยะระหว่างเวลางานกับเวลาส่วนตัว เช่น มีโต๊ะทำงานเฉพาะ ใช้ปลั๊กไฟหรืออินเทอร์เน็ตแยกจากส่วนอื่น การบริหารเวลามีความสำคัญมากด้วยตนเอง ไม่ควรปล่อยให้การทำงานล้นเวลาส่วนตัวหรือเสียสมดุล เพราะจะส่งผลต่อสุขภาพกายและใจ นอกจากนี้ การสื่อสารกับทีมงานและหัวหน้างานจำเป็นต้องมีความชัดเจน เช่น การประชุมออนไลน์บ่อยครั้ง การใช้แอปแชตให้ซื่อสัตย์และตรงประเด็น สุดท้าย ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวพบว่าการมีเครื่องมือช่วยจัดการงาน เช่น ปฏิทินดิจิทัล หรือการใช้แอปจดบันทึก เช่น planner ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดความเครียดได้ดีมาก ใครที่กำลังมองหางาน WFH ลองเปิดใจและเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมนะครับ อาจค้นพบประสบการณ์ใหม่ที่เหมาะกับไลฟ์สไตล์ตัวเองมากกว่าที่คิด!
