🎬 Human Resource Reviews New Employees Please Take It For Consideration 👩‍💻

It's a movie from the GDH camp that's clearly from the first moment not made for comfortable entertainment, but made to honestly reflect the "truth of working life," and sometimes too cruel for the audience to accept.

Under the directorship of Dee-Navyro, the movie retains its familiar signature, simple narrative, plain dialogue, but full of thought weight. Dee-Navyro does not accelerate emotions, does not squeeze the viewer with exaggerated drama. If allowed, the awkwardness gradually seeps into the feeling, like a salary human life with no obvious peak point, but is constantly heavy.

The movie chooses, through the view of "HR," a profession that should be seen as a representative of fairness and understanding, but in fact must serve to maintain the system rather than treat people, so the word Human Resource becomes an irony when humans are reduced to resources that must be screened, evaluated, and cut off if not worth the cost.

The main point that this GDH movie dares to say is that the life cycle that society labels as "normal" is born → study → work → family → burden → work until exhausted. The movie does not say that this is wrong, but asks whether we still have the right to choose our own life, or in the end, everyone just follows the same path because there is no space to deflect.

The characters in the story are none of the obvious bad guys. Everyone is a victim of the same structure. A cold-looking HR. It may just be someone who is burdened, has a family, and doesn't have enough luxury to choose "ideal correctness" instead of survival. The movie of De-Naval therefore does not condemn the individual, but points out the severity of a system that unconsciously squeezes ordinary people into becoming part of the toxic.

In the atmosphere, the movie uses the flatness, stillness and monotony of real life as a weapon, the color of the picture, the straightforward dialogue, and the uncomfortable rhythm, which is the director's will, because this is not a movie that wants to be enjoyable, but a movie that wants the audience to "sit with the truth."

Human Resource New Employees Please Consider It may not be a movie that everyone will like, but it is a movie that is honest with their working lives and dares to ask questions that many people do not want to hear. This is another work by GDH and Dee-Nwot that proves that Thai movies do not always have to be fun, but it may be responsible for us to stop thinking and review how human we are in the system that calls us "resources."
