... Read moreHey creators! So many of you have asked me how I started landing those amazing UGC deals, and it all boils down to having the right resources and a solid strategy. That's why I put together this toolkit, and beyond just giving you a massive list of 100+ brand emails, I want to share some personal insights on how to actually use it to your advantage. Getting a brand's email, even a direct 'press@fentybeauty.com' style contact, is just the first step. The real magic happens in your pitch! Think about what these brands are looking for. For Beauty brands, they want to see authentic product usage, glowing reviews, and how you can showcase their products in a visually appealing way. If you're targeting a high-end Fashion Brand, your aesthetic, styling skills, and ability to create aspirational content will be key. For diverse Lifestyle Brands, it's all about integrating their products seamlessly into your daily life and showing genuine enthusiasm. When you're crafting your email using one of the templates, remember to personalize it. Brands receive hundreds of pitches, so yours needs to stand out. Research the brand – what's their latest campaign? What kind of creators do they usually work with? Mentioning specific products or recent launches shows you've done your homework. Your email subject line, like the 20 high-converting ones in the toolkit, needs to be catchy but also clear about your intent. Something like "UGC Creator [Your Name] – Elevating Your [Product] Campaign" can work wonders. Don't forget to link to your portfolio! Brands want to see your previous work. This doesn't mean you need to have paid collabs under your belt already. High-quality organic content, even if it's just showcasing products you genuinely love, can serve as a fantastic portfolio. Show them your style, your engagement, and your potential. Many creators start by receiving valuable PR packages – sometimes these turn into paid opportunities, and they always help build your portfolio for future pitches. Finally, be persistent but polite. Not every brand will respond, and that's okay! Follow up after a week or two, but don't spam. Continue to create amazing content, refine your pitch, and keep reaching out. Every 'no' brings you closer to a 'yes.' You've got this! Let's get those deals!
