Who I Am in Christ: All things are working
✨ Who I Am in Christ: Fixing My Identity Crisis Through Truth ✝️
This series was birthed out of a very real, very recent season where I lost myself…
In a relationship.
In people’s opinions.
In who I thought I had to be.
I started carrying shame that didn’t belong to me, and believing lies about who I was and what I was worth.
Recently, I went back to the basics and reconnected spiritually. lol
And God started reminding me that my identity isn’t something I have to figure out.
It’s something I already have in Him.
As I work through rediscovering who I am, I’ve been creating these little slide decks for myself.
And honestly… I felt like maybe they could help someone else too.
So here's ✨ Day 21 of 50 — All Things Working for Good ✨
Ever feel like your life is a little… off-track right now?
Like the waiting, the confusion, or the hard parts must mean you missed God somewhere? 💭
This verse gently reframes that fear.
Scripture doesn’t say everything is good
it says God is working everything for good.
Not just the highlights.
Not just the answered prayers.
But the pain, the delays, and the moments that don’t make sense yet. 🤍
So today’s reminder:
You’re not behind. You’re not abandoned.
God isn’t watching from a distance
He’s in the process with you, actively weaving your story with care and purpose.

During my own faith journey, I’ve often faced moments where confusion and doubt clouded my sense of identity. What truly helped me was embracing the truth that God is not a distant observer but an active participant in every part of my story. Romans 8:28 became a lifeline, reassuring me that even the painful or unclear seasons had meaning and purpose. It’s tempting to measure our worth and progress by visible successes or answers to prayers, but real growth can occur in waiting and hardship. I learned to shift my perspective, seeing delays and struggles not as signs of abandonment, but as moments where God is weaving a greater plan for my life. This mindset brought peace and resilience. Another key takeaway was the importance of affirmations—speaking truth over my doubts helped reshape my thoughts and reinforced my identity in Christ. Affirmations like, "God is working every part of my life for good," became a daily practice, especially when clarity felt distant. If you’re feeling off-track or overwhelmed, remember that your struggles don’t define you or mean you’ve missed God’s hand. Trust that you are being carefully held and shaped for a greater purpose. Sharing in a community of believers or journaling these reflections can deepen your connection and provide additional comfort. Ultimately, holding onto the assurance that God’s work is ongoing, even when unseen, transforms how we experience life’s challenges. Your story is far from finished, and every part is significant in God’s hands.
