Sun bathing on my lunch break ••• I like to sit alone often for lunch nowadays because if I don’t vibe with people I’m not the type to force it or do it so I can be apart of something.
I’m so big on peace and the types of energies I surround myself with so if it doesn’t align, I isolate respectfully. While it might be perceived that I’m lonely or being weird, I really love my own company so much😩💓 Once you hit a certain age as well, you value certain things more than others and I especially value my peace more than being in a group.
So for anyone who might need to hear this, don’t be afraid of separating yourself or being perceived by people who energetically drain you. You owe no explanation to anyone☝🏽
