HAIR GROWTH ROUTINE TIPS

... Read moreOver the years, I've learned that consistent scalp care is the cornerstone of effective hair growth. One crucial step I incorporated into my routine is exfoliating the scalp before every wash using products with glycolic and salicylic acid. This removes buildup and creates the perfect environment for hair roots to thrive. Detangling before shampooing with gentle, moisture-rich pre-shampoos like aloe and coconut water treatments helps minimize breakage. Clarifying shampoos free from sulfates and silicones further cleanse without stripping natural oils, maintaining scalp balance. Deep conditioning treatments enriched with ingredients like keratin, tea tree oil, argan oil, and jojoba seed oil are essential to fight frizz, strengthen hair strands, and soothe the scalp. Applying these conditioners with heat amplifies their effectiveness. Post-wash habits also play a vital role. Applying leave-in conditioners on soaking wet hair ensures maximum hydration. Unlike previous air-drying, I've found blow-drying within an hour of washing helps reduce hair damage and promotes healthier strands. Moisturizing the scalp between wash days with serums or custom oils keeps the roots nourished and flexible. Going back to using hair grease helped seal in moisture, especially in protective styles. This holistic approach, shifting focus from merely length to overall hair health, fundamentally changed my hair growth journey. By paying attention to scalp cleanliness, hydration, and protection, I noticed my hair sprouting vigorously from the roots. For anyone on a natural hair journey seeking lasting growth, integrating these healthy habits into your routine can make a significant difference. Remember, healthy hair grows, and it all starts from the scalp down!
