When I first started posting, I thought low views meant I wasn’t good enough.

I almost gave up.

Then I realized TikTok doesn’t always work the way we think it does.

Sometimes it tests your content.

Sometimes it waits.

Sometimes one comment changes everything.

The biggest thing I’ve learned?

Don’t post and disappear.

Stay active.

Reply to people.

Support other creators.

Keep showing up.

And when someone takes the time to comment, give them a real response. A genuine conversation goes much further than a simple “thanks.”

If you’re over 40 and learning AI, Canva, or content creation…

Please don’t let one slow day convince you to quit.

The women quietly rebuilding their lives usually aren’t the loudest.

They’re simply the ones who kept going.

🤍 SAVE this for the next time your views make you doubt yourself.

... Read moreStarting out on TikTok or any content platform can be a rollercoaster—especially for those over 40 exploring digital skills like AI and Canva. I remember feeling discouraged when my early posts barely got noticed. But one of the biggest insights is understanding TikTok’s unique algorithm, which often tests content in waves and rewards consistency. Replying meaningfully to comments is more than polite — it signals TikTok that your audience is engaged and keeps your posts active longer. Aim for replies that are five words or more to foster genuine conversations. This practice has personally helped me build a supportive community and encouraged people to return to my content. It’s also crucial not to vanish after uploading a post. Spend about 10 to 15 minutes actively engaging: respond to comments on your post, interact with creators you follow, and answer messages. This continuous activity builds trust with the algorithm. Don’t let slow beginnings dishearten you. Many worthwhile posts don’t take off immediately but suddenly find their audience hours later. Patience and persistence are key. If you’re learning new skills like AI or Canva, progress may feel slow, but practicing consistently and connecting with others in your niche can accelerate growth. Supporting fellow creators creates a positive cycle of encouragement and increases your visibility. The women who quietly rebuild their online presence without fanfare are often those who stick to their journey over time. Remember, your unique voice and experiences matter. Keep showing up, keep engaging, and trust the process — your time to shine on TikTok will come.

For the girl that is starting her bible reading journey!!! This is what helped ME! I use to struggle so much with reading my Bible. I have NEVER been a reader and have always despised having to read growing up due to two learning disabilities that made it difficult :-/ My Bible actually sat
