MARS BAR SLICE EGG BASKETS 🪺

A dessert so simple, the kids can do it!

When the classic slice meets Easter eggs, you know it’s going to be good.

Ingredients: Makes 12 Baskets

- 4 x 47g Mars Bars

- 90g unsalted butter

- 105g cocoa pops

- Melted chocolate to fill (milk, white or dark)

- Easter eggs to decorate

Method:

1. Place Mars Bars and butter into a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments. Stirring in between. Mixture should be smooth and silky.

2. Pour cocoa pops into a large mixing bowl & add Mars mixture. Use a spatula to stir until everything is well combined & coated.

3. Spray a 12 hole cupcake tray with non stick oil. Fill each hole in the cupcake tray with the coco pop mixture.

4. Use the back of a measuring spoon to create a well in the centre of each cup.

5. Fill the wells with melted chocolate and add your Easter eggs.

6. Allow to set in the fridge for 1 hour.

7. Use the edge of a sharp knife to help loosen the cups from the tray.
