A Fool At Thirty...1/5
Life can be pretty past! Being an impulsive buyer, I often think to myself that there would always be a need for those stuffs that seems to cheap to let go ðŸ˜! Thank God for Marketplace 😂! What's the outcome of my choice? I ended up with overcrowded rooms with things that are either obsolete or irrelevant!
New Year, New Me. In #2025 I am keeping a #2025journal of my buying! Here is two notes from my No Buy List.
1.No buying of electronics on the spot! Having five TVs gathering dust does no one any good! Any electronics that must be bought must have a use! No Use, No Buy!
2. No buying of Junk Food! Gradually I am gaining weight to my own detriment! Who is to blame? Despite the high taxes to discourage junk foods, the fast-paced life of the America System demands that I patronize fast-foods! Every Pizza tastes different! Every Burger tastes unique... gradually I am on a path of becoming overweight. Wait, am I a fool at thirty? 🥺🤔
Turning thirty can prompt a reevaluation of our spending habits, especially for those who find themselves overspending on items that become quickly irrelevant. A common challenge is impulse buying, often magnified by the ease of online shopping and marketplaces. It is useful to keep a no-buy list for categories like electronics and junk food. By committing to a plan, you can reduce clutter and improve health. Consider creating a buying journal that records purchases and reflects on their need. Gradually, these mindful practices can lead to more purposeful living, less stress from clutter, and a healthier lifestyle overall. Remember, it's all about balance; enjoy the occasional treat without compromising your health goals. Investing in items that enrich your life will ultimately bring more satisfaction than fleeting purchases.

You're not a foul. You just want to enjoy your. 🥰🥰🥰
