実際に「チーズと生はちみつ BeNe 梅田NU茶屋町」でランチしてみて、いちばん印象に残ったのは“食べ放題の楽しさがちゃんと料理の満足度につながる”ところでした。チーズって重たくなりがちですが、ここは生はちみつも一緒に楽しめるので、甘じょっぱ系で味変できて飽きにくいです。 私が選んだのは「チーズ＆生はちみつ食べ放題セット」付きのランチ。サラダとバケットが最初から付いてくるので、まずはサラダで整えてから、バケットにチーズ＋生はちみつをのせて前菜感覚でスタートするのがおすすめ。木製ボードに数種類のチーズが並ぶので、写真も撮りやすくて“梅田のおしゃれランチ”を探している人には刺さると思います。 パスタならボンゴレビアータが無難においしく、辛さは強すぎない印象でした。アサリの旨みがあるので、そこにチーズを少し足すとコクが増えて、別メニューみたいに変化します。メインをサーモンのポアレにすると、周りの付け合わせ（ポテトやブロッコリー、さつまいも）もあってプレートの満足感が高め。チーズは“全部にかける”より、サーモンは少量で香りを足すくらいがバランス良かったです。 雰囲気は明るくてきれいめ。デートや友達同士でも使いやすい反面、人気店なのでランチ時間は混みやすそうでした。私は遅めの時間帯を狙ったら比較的落ち着いていて、写真も撮りやすかったです。 ドリンクはベリービネガージンジャーエールがさっぱり系で、チーズの濃さをリセットしたい時にちょうど良いです。甘党ならアイスティーよりこちらの方が“デザート感”も出て相性◎。 「チーズと生はちみつ BeNe 梅田NU茶屋町 レビュー」としてまとめると、食べ放題目的でも十分元が取れる楽しさがありつつ、ランチ自体（パスタ/魚料理）もちゃんとおいしいのが良かった点。初回は食べ放題セットで雰囲気を掴んで、気に入ったら別メニューでも再訪したくなるお店でした。
