HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED AS A NURSE 🩺

Staying motivated in nursing can be hard, especially on those long days when you’re running on little sleep and lots of caffeine. But I always remind myself why I started: to make a REAL difference in people’s lives. 🤍

For me, setting small goals for myself, surrounding myself around people who motivate me, moving my body daily, and remembering the impact I have on my patients keeps me going. Also, by expanding my education on nursing keeps me on my toes in the field.

It’s soooo easy to burn out as a nurse, but celebrating the little wins along the way makes it all worth it. 💫
