🩺 How do you handle rejection when job hunting?

Honestly… it’s been a year of job hunting for me — applying, interviewing, getting excited — and then they either ghost me or hit me with “we went with another candidate.” I won’t lie, it’s discouraging. Especially when you know you’re capable and passionate but just haven’t landed in the right spot yet.

As a step-down nurse who’s been branching into post-op concierge work, I’ve had moments where I wondered if I was doing something wrong.

But here’s what I ALWAYS remind myself:

✨ Rejection isn’t a reflection of your worth — it’s redirection.

✨ Every “no” has taught me something for the next interview.

✨ And the right opportunity won’t pass me by.

So for now, I’m still showing up, still learning, still sending those applications — even on the days it feels like no one’s reading them. Because the only way to lose is to stop trying. 💌
