Asking for advice

This is my first post ever on here. I've been on a weight loss journey for awhile. But I kept giving up. This time I have stuck to it for the better part of last year and have seen good results (at least better that before) but I'm starting to feel myself trying to give up again. Skipping workout or walks. Eating over my calorie limit (I try to stay at about 1600 a day). I guess I'm just mainly asking for tips or a dive to help me get and stay back on track.

And please no hate🙏

... Read moreSetting and maintaining a weight loss goal can be challenging, especially after experiencing progress like losing 49 pounds. It's normal to feel demotivated at times. To help you get back on track, consider setting smaller, achievable goals that build your confidence. Track your daily food intake and physical activity; apps can help with accountability. Seek support from friends or online communities—engaging with others who share similar journeys can provide encouragement and innovative tips. Remember to celebrate small wins; they help maintain momentum. Additionally, consider exploring different physical activities. If workouts feel monotonous, trying new exercises or joining group classes can make fitness enjoyable. Lastly, remember to practice self-compassion. Weight loss is a slow process, and setbacks are part of the journey. Stay positive and keep pushing forward—your goals are within reach!
