Its time for a change so if you have good meal plans, or tips please let me know. ive always bounced back ! even after having kids, I bounced back to my highschool weight! but this time its been so much harder. losing my mom broke me ! and I'm tired of feeling this way
so send me all the tips ! meal plans, exercise , everything i need it ! I do plan on doing T25 workout. what ive done before. I did start calorie deficit , only eating 1500 calories .
Losing a loved one can have a profound impact on both mental and physical health, as seen in my journey of gaining weight after my mom's passing. Many find comfort in food during grief, which can lead to significant weight changes. What's helped me stay hopeful is focusing on gradual, sustainable steps rather than quick fixes. From personal experience, starting with a manageable calorie deficit, like 1500 calories per day, is a good base. Pairing this with workouts like T25, which are short but intense, fits well into a busy schedule and builds stamina quickly. Finding a support system, whether friends, family, or online communities such as #weightlosstipsandtricks or #freshstart forums, provides both encouragement and practical advice. Meal planning is crucial — prioritizing whole foods, balanced macros, and meal prepping to avoid impulsive eating. Incorporating foods rich in protein and fiber helps keep you fuller longer, supporting weight loss goals. Exercises that blend cardio and strength training enhance metabolism and improve mood—something especially important when coping with heavy emotions. Remember, setbacks are natural, especially when emotional pain is involved. It's important to be gentle with yourself and celebrate small victories. Personally, recalling past resilience, like bouncing back after having kids, motivates me to keep moving forward despite the difficulty this time around. Your story matters, and reaching out for tips shows strength. Keep pushing forward — progress, not perfection, wins the journey.
