Can an employee sue and count the day of the lawsuit as the day of termination?

But the judgment, Special Court of Appeal Judgment No. 3104 / 2567, suggests that... matters may not be that simple.

1️⃣ The court once ruled that it "has not yet dismissed."
In the first case, the court ruled that the employer had not terminated.
The employee therefore still has the status of an employee.

The employee then sued again. Two requests were:
