I need help quitting nicotine!!!

So my nicotine addiction has been real bad. I replace with literally everything. I’ve switched between cigarettes and vaping since I was 17. It’s gotten to the point where I spend 224$ a month on disposables. I have to be on high blood pressure medicine. I just want to stop because it has taken control over everything. I couldn’t go to my college classes because of it and now I’m getting a new job. I’ve quit so many times and have been on all of the nicotine replacements and tried the two different pills to stop. I sometimes feel alone because it seems that looks easy for everyone else. Please help me 💕

Many individuals face similar struggles and have found ways to overcome them. Behavioral therapies, support groups, and professional counseling can offer significant benefits. You may also consider joining local or online communities where people share their experiences and strategies for quitting. Tools such as motivation apps or journals can help track your progress and provide daily encouragement. It's crucial to identify triggers that lead you to smoke or vape. Once recognized, you can develop coping strategies to manage cravings. Remember, it’s perfectly okay to ask for support from friends, family, or professionals. Building a strong support system is key, as sharing your journey can lighten the burden. For those who have tried other cessation methods unsuccessfully, don't hesitate to revisit options like nicotine replacement therapy or prescription medications under a doctor's guidance. The road to quitting is different for everyone, and seeking help is a sign of strength.
