Mental Health Reminders
Mental health is important to me. I’ve struggled with really bad depression for years and years. I’ve tried so many different coping mechanisms and medications to the point where I felt like I was beyond help. I reached my limit and almost ended it all. After almost four years, I’m still alive and grateful for the life I have. I never take advantage of the days I have anymore.
I remind myself every day how important my life is. I’m more than my mental health issues and always will be.
