LOOP OF LIFE What loop is your life in?
When life is not a straight line, but an endlessly rotating circle of emotions, "LOOP OF LIFE," an art exhibition that invites us to question the whirlpool of life through the eyes and emotions of 'Mr. Liquid' by Korn Ariyak.
The exhibition is inspired by the artist's view that life never walks in a straight line, but always returns to the same emotions, whether happy or suffering. Humans are circling in a cycle of feelings, only changing scenes and moments.
Artists use painting as a reflection space on what happens repeatedly in life to invite viewers to revisit their "loop" with a new eye through the main character like 'Mister Liquid.' A soft, flexible, matter-like creature that can change shape according to circumstances but retain its own essence unchanged. "Mister Liquid" is like a human agent who has to adapt to the emotions and events around him. Both episodes fail, rejoice, disappointment, or start over. He is all of us at a certain time of life.
The works within the exhibition are a combination of affection and emotional depth, a coloring technique that gives a contemporary Renaissance vibe, elaborate use of chiaroscuro, make simple characters look alive and emotional, so these works become a reflection of life at a time when we may forget that happiness, sadness, hope and acceptance are all in the same cycle.
"LOOP OF LIFE" does not tell us to leave the whirlpool of life, but invites us to accept that every moment has its own value, that even if we return to our emotions, we are no longer the same person.
