MAKE A MARK | Leave your mark Open City Graffiti
When graffiti became the common language of artists, cities, and audiences, "MAKE A MARK | Leave a mark" by 333Artlink Exhibit 16, graffiti artists opened the city to "read" through the traces and invited us to leave our own marks!
"MAKE A MARK | Leave a footprint," an exhibition that explores urban traces through the power of graffiti as a symbol of identity, that transcends images of amusement and becomes a contemporary art language that documents the movements and relationships of people in urban society.
This exhibition does not limit the audience role to "onlookers," but elevates everyone to "co-creators" through Interactive events that invite us to leave new marks, lines and meaning on the noble PLAY space, thus making this an ever-changing art space based on people's participation.
The exhibition includes graffiti and street art works from 16 contemporary artists, who interpret traces of the neighborhood and neighborhoods. The participating artists include BIGDEL (Deel Horgan), BEAM (Pongkorn Karthaporn Pong), CRUDE (Sun Songkutaku), DE24 (Chinkrit Pinta Kam), Demboyz (Thanphat Kaew) Goldy (Goldy Mikhail Maksimovich) HAIHAITOON (Kulchai Perpetual) KASARIN (Krishna Snow Prosperity), Khun (Khun Khun Khun Pong Kaeng Chai (Khun Chai Rai), Hongchai (RAY Songkhun Chai (Sai), Khun Chai Songchai Songchai, Khun Khun Kulchai, Khun Khun Khun Khun Khun Khun Khun Khun Khun Khun Khun Khun Khun Khun Khun Khu Srira Dang), Stylepor _ (Phudol May Vijaya) Szack (conjuring Thummai), Tanpopoe (Kritin Dusky) and T.TOP (Wan Dusk), with each artist creating works on 16 walls of Graffiti Wall in front of the noble PLAY area, including a "city wall" that documents each person's unique identity and becomes a large dialogue between the artist, the city and the audience.
The heart of the exhibition lies in the concept "City is Language and Traces is Speech." The 16 artists began by walking through the neighborhood and the outlying areas to find traces of the city, both physical and sentimental. Objects collected from the area, such as scrap, old signs, paint fragments, or worn traces of walls, were reinvented into new works. This made each work not only a trace of the artist, but also carried the traces of the city back into the exhibition room, turning the noble PLAY area into a "model city" overlaid with people's memories.
