When the small rhythms of life, nature and time are conveyed as art, "The Notes of Plain - EPISODE OF COMMON," by Piya Charming City.
The inspiration of this exhibition comes from the idea that "mediocrity" is an area of beauty that does not have to sound. The artist conveys those experiences through abstract art that uses color, rhythm, and overlap as the language of emotion, along with mixed media works that choose wood as the main material. Wood in his work is not just a natural object, but a representative of time, that accumulates traces, changes, and irreversible experiences.
This exhibition does not tell a grand story, but serves as a recording of the feelings that occur during ordinary living, an invitation to our recognition of the peace, simplicity, and value of the little things that are often overlooked in everyday life, through abstract language that is open to each person to interpret and relate to their own experiences.

หลายคนอาจเจอชื่อ “Reflex Riverside” ในกูเกิลแล้วงงว่าเป็นคาเฟ่ ร้านอาหาร หรือแกลเลอรีกันแน่—จากที่เราไปมา Reflex Riverside Songwat เป็นพื้นที่ศิลปะ/จัดแสดงที่ซ่อนตัวอยู่ในย่านทรงวาด บรรยากาศค่อนข้างสงบ เหมาะกับการแวะมา “พักสายตา” ระหว่างเดินเล่นริมแม่น้ำและเส้นถนนทรงวาด สิ่งที่เราชอบคือพื้นที่จัดแสดงอยู่ชั้น 2 ของร้านบ้านริมน้ำ ทำให้ฟีลเหมือนขึ้นไปเจอห้องเล็กๆ ที่ตั้งใจจัดไฟและระยะการมองงานมาให้พอดี พอเดินเข้ามาจะเจองานศิลปะนามธรรมสีสันค่อนข้างสดบางชิ้น (โทนเหลือง ส้ม น้ำเงินก็มี) และอีกส่วนเป็นงานสื่อผสมที่ “ใช้ไม้” เป็นองค์ประกอบหลัก งานไม้เหล่านี้ไม่ได้มาแบบเป็นพร็อพเฉยๆ แต่มีพื้นผิว ร่องรอย และการทับซ้อนสีที่ทำให้เราเผลอยืนดูรายละเอียดนานกว่าที่คิด เหมือนงานตั้งใจชวนให้มอง “ความธรรมดา” แบบค่อยๆ ซึม ถ้าใครกำลังค้นหา Reflex Riverside เพื่อจะไปตามรอย แนะนำวางแผนคร่าวๆ แบบนี้ - เวลาเข้าชม: อังคาร–อาทิตย์ 13:00–21:00 (ปิดวันจันทร์) เราว่าช่วงบ่ายแก่ๆ คนยังไม่แน่น ถ่ายรูป/ดูงานสบายกว่า - วันจัดแสดง: วันนี้–15 มกราคม 2569 เผื่อใครอยากเล็งไปหลายรอบ - โลเคชัน: Reflex Riverside Songwat ชั้น 2 (โซนทรงวาด ซอยเปาประสิทธิ์ ถนนทรงวาด) ทริกเล็กๆ ตอนดูงานที่นี่: ลองถอยห่างจากภาพวาดนามธรรมสักก้าวสองก้าวก่อน แล้วค่อยเดินเข้าไปดูพื้นผิวใกล้ๆ จะเห็น “จังหวะสี” กับรอยปาด/การทับซ้อนชัดขึ้น ส่วนงานสื่อผสมไม้ ให้ลองสังเกตขอบไม้ ร่องรอย และชั้นของวัสดุ—มันทำให้ธีมเรื่องเวลาและความทรงจำดูจับต้องได้มาก ใครมาเดินทรงวาดอยู่แล้ว เราว่า Reflex Riverside Songwat เป็นหนึ่งพิกัดที่เหมาะมากสำหรับคนอยากดูนิทรรศการแบบไม่กดดัน ใช้เวลาไม่นานแต่ได้ความรู้สึกกลับไปเต็มๆ
