This year's Songkran is not only wet... but "very cute." Wherever you walk, you find a big art full of gardens! 💦
"Saneh Art by Songkran Festival 2026" turns Lumbini Park into a downtown Art Destination that combines the most popular art in one area.
"Saneh Art by Songkran Festival 2026," a festival that combines "Songkran" with "Contemporary Art" to open a public space like Lumbini Park into an easy-to-access art space. It doesn't have to be in a gallery, it can see art, and it also connects Thai culture with the creativity of modern artists.
The work is presented through large sculptures and art installations in the Character Art style that many people are already familiar with from TrendyGallery.Art - CRYBABY, World Vision (Mamuang), POORBOY, TOMATO TWINS and 2CHOEY - each of which has been scaled up to become a fun, accessible outdoor event and reflect contemporary culture through the perspective of Thai artists.
What this work clearly communicates is that "art does not have to be difficult" and can be part of everyday life, especially when it is taken in a green space in the middle of the city, so it becomes a photo spot, a vacation spot, and a space that brings people closer to art.
Besides watching the event, there are a lot of activities to do, such as listening to discussions from artists, workshops to try to create art yourself, walking the seal collection to win the Limited Edition, and in the early days there are also water zones to match the Songkran atmosphere.
Anyone who wants to change the atmosphere from the traditional Songkran, check out a large body of art that is cute and fun to take, can come to this event.
