The "From Highland Craftsmanship to Timeless Luxury" brings the story of DoiTung's sustainable community development through an all-dimensional walking experience.
The event presents the concept "Luxury with Purpose," or luxury of value and meaning, measured not by luxuries, but by design that cares about people, communities and the environment, reflecting the transformation of Doi Tung from a former opium-growing area to a sustainable development prototype that creates careers, makes money and enhances the quality of community life through handicrafts, agriculture and nature conservation.
One of the major highlights of the event was the launch of DOITUNG EVERYDAY, a new lifestyle collection, that capped the Doi Tung Craft into everyday use, by combining Found Fabrics with hand-woven fabrics, becoming a contemporary product that retains the value of craft work, reflecting design ideas for sustainability in every step.
