This hidden gem in Chula Vista is bringing authentic flavors from across Asia all under one roof 🍜🌶️

What makes @jckasiakitchen so special is the story behind it. The restaurant is run by three brothers who share a deep love for Asian cuisine. They took the dishes that inspired them most. From comforting bowls of Taiwanese beef noodle soup to fiery Sichuan chili wontons, and brought them all together in one spot. The menu feels like a journey across Asia, but it’s rooted in the flavors they grew up with and the foods they fell in love with along the way.

They also have a lunch special that’s hard to beat. For $13.99, you get a starter, an entrée, and a drink, making it the perfect excuse to stop by midday.
