Art Therapy

I’ve been wanting to use my new coloring book so badly, and I finally did today! Sometimes it’s nice to just pick up some colored pencils and a coloring book and not think about anything. I find coloring so therapeutic and there’s so many beautiful adult coloring books, even the cheap kids ones. It’s important that we don’t neglect our inner child and try not to forget that not everything you do has to be done with intention. You are allowed to heal and relax.
