Aquarius brings in community, technology, social media, friendship circles, collective energy, and how we show up in the world.
So together, this retrograde feels like a big ass mirror.
How I’m Working With This Energy
I’m being more intentional about what I consume.
That means less doom scrolling.
Less forcing myself into conversations that drain me.
Less explaining myself to people who are committed to misunderstanding me.
I’m also paying attention to my body.
If something makes me feel tight in my chest, heavy in my stomach, or stuck in my throat, I’m not brushing it off anymore.

Then breathe out slowly.
Ask:
What has my body been trying to tell me?
You do not have to answer right away.
Just create the space.
Sometimes that is the beginning of the release.
