จากประสบการณ์ตรงของผมที่ได้ลองชิมก๋วยเตี๋ยวรูที่ตลาดน้อย ร้านนี้ถือว่าเป็นหนึ่งในร้านที่ทำให้น้ำซุปมีความหอมหวานกลมกล่อมแบบที่หาไม่ได้ง่ายๆ น้ำซุปที่นี่ใช้การเคี่ยวนานจนได้รสชาติแท้จริงโดยไม่ต้องพึ่งผงชูรส เส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยวก็เป็นอีกจุดเด่นที่ต้องชื่นชม เส้นนุ่มและมีความเหนียวนุ่มกำลังดี เมื่อคลุกเคล้ากับน้ำซุปที่เข้มข้นแล้ว ทุกคำที่กินรู้สึกถึงความลงตัวสุดๆ เครื่องในที่ให้มาก็สดใหม่เต็มคำ ทำให้ไม่มีคำว่าเสียดายเมื่อต้องสั่งเพิ่มชามที่สอง นอกจากรสชาติที่เลิศแล้ว ร้านยังมีบรรยากาศแบบอบอุ่น เหมือนมานั่งทานก๋วยเตี๋ยวที่บ้านเพื่อน เป็นอีกหนึ่งประสบการณ์ที่ทำให้การกินก๋วยเตี๋ยวรูในย่านตลาดน้อยพิเศษยิ่งขึ้น ใครมาที่นี่แล้วไม่แวะร้านนี้ถือว่ายังมาไม่ถึงจริงๆ และถ้าใครชื่นชอบน้ำชาที่แนะนำในร้านนี้ จะพบว่าน้ำชาดื่มคู่กับก๋วยเตี๋ยวได้อย่างลงตัว รสชาติหวานกลมกล่อมช่วยล้างปากหลังจากรสชาติเข้มข้นของก๋วยเตี๋ยว แนะนำให้ลองสั่งคู่กันเลยครับ
