There may be more advantages to people using AI as just a Q & A tool.

ในฐานะผู้ติดตามและใช้งานเทคโนโลยี AI มาตลอดปีที่ผ่านมา ผมได้สัมผัสถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่รวดเร็วกว่าที่คาดไว้จริงๆ โดยเฉพาะเรื่อง AI Agent ที่สามารถไม่เพียงแต่ตอบคำถาม แต่ยังวางแผนและลงมือทำงานแทนมนุษย์ได้อย่างชัดเจน ตัวอย่างที่เห็นได้ชัดคือในแอปพลิเคชันอย่าง WhatsApp และ Instagram ที่ AI เริ่มเข้ามาช่วยจัดการเรื่องงานและการสื่อสาร ทำให้ชีวิตประจำวันสะดวกขึ้นมาก นอกจากนี้ ปัญหาค่าพลังงานสูงส่งผลกระทบเกินคาด เพราะไม่ได้จำกัดแค่ราคาน้ำมันเท่านั้น แต่ยังส่งต่อผลกระทบไปยังต้นทุนด้านขนส่ง การเกษตร และธุรกิจต่างๆ ซึ่งสะท้อนเป็นราคาสินค้าและค่าครองชีพที่เพิ่มขึ้น ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวจากการใช้ชีวิตในเมืองใหญ่ ทำให้เห็นว่าค่าครองชีพสูงขึ้นจริงๆ ซึ่งเราต้องเริ่มวางแผนและปรับตัวเพื่อรองรับสิ่งนี้ ในมุมมองทางภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ การแข่งขั้นเรื่อง AI มาไกลเกินกว่าที่คิด การที่ประเทศจีน สหรัฐฯ และกลุ่มประเทศต่างๆ ลงทุนสร้าง ecosystem ด้าน AI ของตนเอง ทำให้ประเทศไทยต้องคิดกลยุทธ์ในการพัฒนาความสามารถด้าน AI ของตน เพื่อไม่ให้หลุดจากการแข่งขันนี้ ท้ายที่สุด การเกิดขึ้นของ AI เฉพาะทาง (Vertical AI หรือ Industry AI) ก็เป็นสิ่งที่ให้โอกาสสำหรับผู้ที่มีความรู้เฉพาะด้านนำ AI มาประยุกต์ใช้เสริมศักยภาพในการทำงานมากกว่าการเป็นแค่ผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป ซึ่งเป็นบทเรียนสำคัญสำหรับคนทำงานในหลายวงการที่ไม่ควรมองข้าม สิ่งที่ผมได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์และข่าวสารปีที่ผ่านมา คือเราต้องเรียนรู้และประยุกต์ใช้ AI อย่างจริงจัง เพราะถ้าไม่เริ่มต้นตอนนี้ อาจจะถูกทิ้งไว้ข้างหลังในโลกที่ AI กลายเป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและกลไกสำคัญของทุกภาคส่วน
