"Fast Track" check in??

Bought this fast track check-in service to Ho Chi Minh City airport but still had to wait 30 to 40 mins to clear immigration! Even the regular queue cleared faster than my priority lane. There were a few priority lanes but mine was the slowest, probably they spent more on this service. Waste of money.

... Read moreWhen I purchased the fast track service, I anticipated a swift immigration journey, but it was quite the opposite. I noticed that despite multiple priority lanes, mine was inexplicably the slowest. From my experience, these services might not always guarantee expedited processing, especially during peak times or if the staffing is insufficient. Additionally, I found out about the "LOVE VIETNAM" staff on arrival at Ho Chi Minh City Airport who hold a recognizable sign and assist with VIP immigration. This seemed like a potentially more reliable option for a smoother airport experience compared to what I encountered with my purchased fast track service. For travelers weighing the cost vs. benefits, it might be worth considering official VIP assistance or checking updated reviews before opting for fast track services. From what I saw, patience is still key at Ho Chi Minh airport immigration lines, even in priority lanes. Sharing this to help fellow travelers plan better and avoid unnecessary expenses!
