We’re back at @KLCG for the 5th time! Today was my first visit to their new Medan Pasar branch. I grabbed my usual Strawberry and Creme croissant, plus my fave Mochi Fraser petit.
This branch is cyclist-friendly with more space and a nearby art gallery. This branch is also the nearest one to public transport which is LRT/MRT PASAR SENI or LRT MASJID JAMEK. I’d suggest pasar seni station as it’s nearer if you’re riding public transport. If you’re driving you can park at daya bumi for rm6 flat rate on weekend!
Tried their raspberry pistachio croissant, but the raspberry tasted a bit weird with the pistachio. The pandan cake was too dense for me, so we only ate a third. Vanilla Mille Feuille was definitely my new favorite crispy pastry and vanilla custard combo was just perfect. Love this bakery in KL! Will visit again soon.

The proximity to public transport is a big plus. Pasar Seni LRT station being just a short walk away makes it very easy if you are commuting without a car. For those driving, the flat RM6 parking rate at Daya Bumi on weekends is very budget-friendly, especially considering how central the location is. When it comes to the food, their pastry range is impressive with some unique combinations. The Raspberry Pistachio Croissant offers an adventurous flavor, though I personally found the raspberry a bit overpowering against the pistachio. The Pandan Basque cake, while visually appealing, was somewhat dense, so I’d recommend sharing it or trying their other lighter options. One standout that I highly recommend is the Vanilla Mille Feuille. The crispiness of the puff pastry combined with the creamy vanilla custard struck the perfect balance – it’s definitely a crowd-pleaser and had me craving more. Another delightful item is their Mochi Fraisier, a delicate petit filled with strawberry and creme that pairs well with their freshly brewed coffee. Beyond the food, the bakery also incorporates art into the ambiance, enhancing the overall experience. It feels like more than just a place to grab desserts — it’s a creative space where you can relax and appreciate craftsmanship, both in the bakery items and the surrounding gallery. Overall, KLCG Medan Pasar offers a fusion of excellent pastries and convenient location factors making it a must-visit for food lovers exploring Kuala Lumpur. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, plan your visit to include at least a try of their Vanilla Mille Feuille and some time to enjoy the easy access from public transit or the affordable parking nearby.
