It's often not about finding new facts but about giving myself permission to trust what I already know. Another experience that stood out is feeling something 'off' without logical explanation—a subtle hesitation or discomfort that my brain initially can’t quantify. Over time, I realized this sensation is real data my body picks up before my conscious mind does. Lastly, there is the gentle pull toward decisions or people that don’t make sense yet. It’s not dramatic or urgent but persistent. Honoring these nudges has guided me to make choices aligned with my true path. To harness intuition effectively, practice quieting your mind through meditation or reflection, and observe those feelings without immediate judgment. Record your intuitive hits in a journal to see patterns and build confidence. Remember, your intuition is your most intelligent guidance system—learning to hear it before fear intervenes can lead to deeper self-awareness and better decisions in life.
