This is really a beautiful place to stop by 💕
My mind just stop wandering as i stare at the view.
To be honest, you don’t have to stay a night here as accommodation is not that affordable.
We didn’t see many stars that night as well despite being one of the darkest place to do star glazing. We saw it at Twizel (small town) instead so I think is really luck/ weather as well.
But if you do, I recommend staying at Haka House Lake Tekapo with unblock view. Last picture of this post is where you can see the view in their common lounge and even in their kitchen.
There is super market nearby here so that you can get your groceries to cook and chill for the day with the nice view.
