It carefully introduces the tools and materials of manual mining that have continued since the Edo period, as well as the history of mining and transportation that has changed greatly due to mechanization.
I was amazed to hear that they used to carry stones weighing more than 80kg on their backs. Now that truck transportation has become the mainstream, I was deeply moved by the magnitude of the change.
