The trap of perfection is to carry everything of the house.

During life, people aged 40 and over are Gen Y people who grew up with evolutionism, midway between modernity and the antiquity of their roots.
We're not teenage boys, but neither are we old people.
We want to run along the cutting edge of the future world, but deep down in our hearts we yearn for the old past.
We wanted to run forward, but we also longed for peace.
Internal conflict, maybe we don't understand where to put ourselves.
The 40-year-old is instilled to fight, compete, strive to win, but no one will tell you what to do to heal your mind.
Sometimes even forget when the last time to be happy, shouting at the extreme, was when.
We must be good in our parents' eyes.
Must be a good man on the line, colleague.
Must be the perfect person in the eyes of the subordinates
There must be no mistake for anyone to blame.
When we were teenagers 19-20, if we failed, we knew where we would disappear, we had a lot of places to go.
But we're in our 40s. If we fail, we don't know where to go. There's nowhere for us to go.
The wealth we have cannot replace emptiness in the mind, the more it is never filled, because the soul inside is dry.
That's why the ancients said that getting older has to learn to come to a temple. Some people may meditate, pray, or approach God. Because the state in our hearts is shaken without direction, the emptiness in our hearts cannot be filled with money.

ในชีวิตจริงของคนวัย 40+ อย่างพวกเราที่ต้องแบกรับความคาดหวังต่าง ๆ ทั้งจากครอบครัวและสังคม ผมเองเคยรู้สึกเหมือนกับถูกกดทับโดยภาระที่ดูเหมือนจะไม่มีวันหมด สิ่งนั้นคือ "กับดักความกตัญญู" ที่ทำให้เรารู้สึกต้องรับผิดชอบจนลืมดูแลตัวเอง หลายครั้งที่ผมพบว่าการพยายามเป็นคนสมบูรณ์แบบในสายตาคนอื่นกลับกลายเป็นกับดักทำให้เหนื่อยและเครียดมากขึ้น ตั้งแต่ช่วงวัยกลางคน เราไม่ใช่วัยรุ่นที่จะล้มแล้วลุกได้ง่ายเหมือนครั้งก่อน แต่ก็ยังไม่ใช่วัยผู้ใหญ่สูงวัยที่มีที่พักพิงชัดเจน ทำให้รู้สึกสับสนระหว่างการวิ่งตามโลกสมัยใหม่ที่เต็มไปด้วยความเร่งรีบ กับความโหยหาความสงบและรากเหง้าของตัวเอง ในประสบการณ์ผม การหาวิธี "วางลง" บ้าง เช่น การเข้าวัดทำสมาธิ การสวดมนต์ หรือแม้แต่การใช้เวลาพูดคุยกับคนใกล้ชิดจริง ๆ ช่วยให้จิตใจได้พักและเติมเต็มความว่างเปล่าได้มากกว่าการหาเงินหรือความสำเร็จในหน้าที่การงาน ผมจึงเห็นว่าการยอมรับตัวเองว่าการไม่สมบูรณ์แบบและมีข้อผิดพลาดบ้าง เป็นกุญแจสำคัญที่จะนำไปสู่ความสุข มิตรภาพ และความสงบในจิตใจ นอกจากนี้ การแบ่งปันประสบการณ์กับคนในวัยเดียวกันยังช่วยให้เราไม่รู้สึกโดดเดี่ยว เพราะเรารู้ว่าเราอยู่ในยุคเดียวกัน กำลังเผชิญกับภาระและความรู้สึกคล้ายกัน และการรู้วิธีปล่อยวางและเติมเต็มจิตวิญญาณจะช่วยให้เราสามารถก้าวข้าม "กับดักคนวัย 40+" ไปได้อย่างสบายใจมากขึ้น ท้ายที่สุดแล้ว ความสุขแท้จริงไม่ใช่เกิดจากการแบกโลกไว้บนบ่าของเราเอง แต่เกิดจากการรู้วิธีวางและให้ใจเราได้เบ่งบานในเวอร์ชันที่สดใสกว่าเดิมเหมือนที่สัญลักษณ์สื่อสารไว้ว่า "True happiness is not found in carrying the weight of the world, but in knowing how to let go... allowing the soul to bloom in a brighter, renewed version of yourself."
