2 YEAR TRANSFORMATION

2025/11/30 Edited to

... Read moreHey everyone! So many of you have asked about my booty transformation, and after two years, I feel ready to share more details beyond just the progress photos. It's truly been a journey of 'My Fitness PROGRESS CHECK' every single week, and I've learned so much about what actually works for building stronger glutes. When I first started, I was pretty clueless. I'd just do random squats, but they weren't getting me anywhere. The game-changer for me was focusing on progressive overload and incorporating specific exercises. My top three must-dos for glute growth are hip thrusts (non-negotiable!), RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts), and sumo squats. I usually aim for 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps, making sure the last few reps are a real struggle, but always with good form! Don't forget to warm up properly and cool down with stretches to aid recovery. Beyond the gym, nutrition played a massive role. You can't build a booty without fuel! I made sure to prioritize protein in every meal – chicken, fish, eggs, and Greek yogurt were my staples. I also didn't shy away from healthy carbs like oats, rice, and sweet potatoes, especially around my workouts to give me energy and help with muscle repair. Hydration is also incredibly important, so I always carried a water bottle with me. And consistency is truly key. There were days I didn't feel like going to the gym, or sticking to my meal plan, but I'd remind myself that 'slow progress is better than no progress,' just like I mentioned in my initial post. Tracking my progress was also super motivating. I kept a workout journal where I noted down the weights I lifted and how many reps I completed. This 'My Fitness PROGRESS CHECK' wasn't just about the scale – it was seeing those numbers go up in my lifts! I also took progress photos every few months, even when I didn't see huge changes day-to-day. Looking back at those earlier photos really showed me how far I'd come and kept me motivated to push harder. Don't get discouraged if you don't see results overnight. Building muscle takes time and dedication. Find exercises you enjoy, focus on proper form, fuel your body right, and most importantly, stay consistent. My two-year journey taught me patience and resilience, and I hope sharing my experience helps some of you on your own fitness paths. You've got this!
