And you can't go wrong with fresh Tomato + Cucumber for that essential refreshing crispness and a bit of hydration. To tie it all together, I opted for the Tahini Caesar dressing. This dressing is creamy, garlicky, and perfectly balanced, complementing all the other ingredients without overpowering them. It's definitely a favorite now! And seriously, don't skip the Free Side Pita – it's warm, soft, and absolutely perfect for scooping up any last bits of dip or just enjoying alongside your meal. What made it a 10/10 for me wasn't just the individual ingredients, but how perfectly they all harmonized. Every bite was an explosion of fresh, vibrant flavors and satisfying textures. It felt like a truly wholesome and delicious meal. I already have a mental list of new ingredients I want to try next time, like perhaps the spicy hummus, some pickled onions, or even the harissa avocado. My advice for anyone new to CAVA, or looking to shake up their usual order, is to start with a popular bowl like the SplendidGreens.
