I intend to take care of myself seriously, not focusing on weight alone, but wanting to be healthier and feel good about myself every day.
In the morning, we exercise every day by switching to play 2 clips a day.
Not to be bored and to manage many parts of the body. 💪🏻
🌤️ Morning Routine.
• Play cardio + belly
• Or alternating legs and arms
• Only 20-40 minutes per day
⏰ Or anyone who doesn't have morning can leave in the evening either.
At first it was lazy, too, but when it continued, it felt fresher, stronger, and more time to be with myself every morning. 🫶🏻
Loving yourself doesn't have to be perfect. Just starting to take care of yourself a little bit a day is great. ✨
