The wall texture and even the seating arrangements contributed to a cozy and stylish vibe that complements the innovative dishes. One standout appetizer was the watermelon paired with salty powder and fried shallots—a surprisingly delicious, unconventional combination that piqued my curiosity. The pork belly with Thai green chili and coriander was rich and flavorful, perfectly balancing heat and freshness. Another memorable dish was the Mamasan curry, which was sweet, nutty, and unlike anything I've encountered in usual Singaporean Thai eateries. For seafood lovers, the $6 Pomfret fish promo was a delightful bargain and reminded my husband of a Fillet-O-Fish but with a Thai twist. To cool off, the lychee shaved ice offered a refreshing mix of zesty, salty, and sweet flavors—ideal for Singapore’s weather. Additionally, the Thai milk tea served here was more intense and less milky than typical versions, providing a bolder taste for tea enthusiasts. If you're searching for restaurants offering modern Thai fusion in Singapore, this spot is a must-visit. It blends authentic Thai elements with innovative flavors that go beyond traditional cuisine, making each dish an exciting adventure. Whether you're a fusion food fan or simply curious about new culinary experiences, this place stands out for its creativity and quality.
