I’m a pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach
If I felt stuck postpartum, I’d look at strategy.
Because most moms are trying to navigate fitness postpartum with:
• random advice online
• no progression
• no real guidance
• and a body that feels completely different than before
That’s exactly why I created this workshop.
To help you stop guessing and start training with intention again.

Navigating fitness after pregnancy can feel like walking through a maze without a map. Many new moms experience frustration due to inconsistent advice and a lack of structured progression. From my experience, the key to postpartum fitness is shifting the mindset from 'bouncing back' to focusing on intentional rebuilding and wellness. It’s important to recognize that your body has undergone immense changes due to pregnancy, birth, and recovery. Instead of rushing into intense fat-burning workouts or trying to do more core exercises, prioritize relearning how to properly engage your core muscles. This involves mastering breathing techniques, pressure management, and gradually increasing strength. One crucial insight I've gained coaching postpartum athletes is that the problem is rarely effort — most moms are showing up but lack a clear plan tailored to their new body's needs. By focusing on progression, connection, and mindful training, the journey becomes less about quick fixes and more about sustainable wellness. For example, rather than jumping into a variety of uncoordinated workouts, a structured workshop or coaching program can provide the guidance needed to strengthen the body safely and effectively. This intentional approach reduces the risk of injury and builds confidence in movement. If you’re feeling stuck postpartum, try shifting your focus to how you use your body instead of how hard you can work it. Prioritize quality over quantity — focusing on functional strength and recovery will help you thrive as a mom and athlete. Start with a plan that honors where you are, celebrates progress, and offers empathy for the unique postpartum journey.
