Cake directions:
• preheat oven to 350
• mix together dry ingredients
• beat oil, coffee, and eggs until smooth
• mix in sour cream and vanilla extract
• line cake pan(s) with parchment paper
• fill pan about half way
• bake 30-35 minutes
• cool 5 minutes in pan then take it out and cool on rack
Frosting directions:
• beat butter until creamy
• gradually add powdered sugar
• beat in coffee
• wait until cake cools completely to frost
