Meet my boyfriend 💕💕

Long-distance relationships can be challenging yet rewarding, as Derrick and I learned over our two years together. With me in Louisiana and him in Virginia, we faced obstacles like limited visits and communication barriers. To strengthen our bond, we made an effort to travel back and forth whenever possible, which deepened our connection. In June this year, our lives changed drastically when we moved in together after graduating high school. Sharing a living space has its ups and downs, but we’re dedicated to building a life filled with love, support, and mutual respect. We both understand the importance of communication in overcoming the hurdles that arise in any relationship. As we navigate this new chapter, we’re working on setting goals together, be it personal or as a couple. Establishing a healthy routine and enjoying quality time together is essential to our happiness. We've also learned to face difficulties head-on, understanding that growth comes in moments of challenge.
